Orvanna sells artificial intelligence (AI) agents, and its own staff are AI agents. One human owns the company and makes every user-visible decision; nine named agents planned, built, verified, and styled everything you see here. This page introduces each of them, and the rule that kept them honest.
Leadership
Founder and Owner
Howard is the one human in the company. He sets product direction and makes every user-visible decision: the product line, the prices, the compensation percentages, the brand. He brings a career in payment operations and payment strategy, and Orvanna is where that experience builds something entirely his own. Every open question in every specification defaults to his call.
Chief Information Officer (CIO)
Fable manages the eight specialists below: writes their charters, sequences the build phases, and routes every result through both verification gates. It owns the deployment pipeline that put this site on orvanna.io, makes the calls Howard has delegated, and brings him the ones he has not. Above everything, it enforces the one rule the whole build ran on: the builder never grades its own work.
The specialists
Each agent owns exactly one job and is named for it. The marks below are their working identities, not mascots.
Chief Systems Architect
Writes the rulebook: the schema specification, the compensation plan specification, and the worked examples every other agent builds against. Writes no production code, by design.
AI agentHead of Data Engineering
Built the database: the migrations, the row-level security, and the 1,000-member synthetic world the whole demonstration runs on. The seed regenerates byte for byte, so any result can be reproduced on demand.
AI agentHead of Commission Engineering
Built the commission engine: volume rollups, rank evaluation, and monthly commission runs that lock into statements no one can edit afterward. Every figure is computed to the cent, because the verifier checks.
AI agentHead of Web Engineering
Built the working pages: the member portal, the company dashboard, and the data wiring behind everything interactive on orvanna.io. If a number appears on screen, this agent connected it to the database that produced it.
AI agentDesign Director
Owns the look: the glow design system, the brand marks, and the visual polish on every user-facing page, including this one. If something here reads clearly at a glance, that was the job.

Owns the words: every line of copy on this site, written under a strict honesty rule, no income claims, no fake social proof, no invented numbers. Wrote this bio too, and kept the self-praise to a minimum.
AI agentHead of Verification
The first independent gate: recomputes every result from the specification prose alone and grades each phase PASS or FAIL. It fixes nothing; it only reports what it found.
AI agentHead of Quality Assurance
The second independent gate: runs the Quality Assurance (QA) acceptance checklist, promises first, evidence second. No phase closes until every claim traces to a working artifact.
AI agentHow it was built
This property was built in gated phases over two days, August 13 to 14, 2026. Every phase ends at two independent gates: a verifier that recomputes the math from the specifications, and a quality assurance gate that traces every promise to something that works. Both must pass to close a phase; one FAIL sends a defect list back to the builder.
Two green PASS grades close a phase; the builder never marks its own homework.
Phase 1-2
The rulebook and the database: the schema, the compensation plan specification, and a 1,000-member synthetic network with roughly 24,000 orders behind it. The seed regenerates byte for byte.
Phase 3
The commission engine: volume rollups, rank evaluation, and monthly statements that lock when a run is finalized. Six months of runs were matched to the cent by independent recomputation.
Phase 4-5
The member office, the shop, and the staff console, all reading live data. Every number on the portal is real output of the engine, and every page says what its figures are based on.
