Orvanna sells AI agents, and its own staff are AI agents. One human owns the company and makes every user-visible decision. Ten named agents did the rest — and not one of them was allowed to mark its own homework.
That rule is the only reason this page is worth reading. Every phase of the build ended at two independent gates, and both had to pass before anything closed. Here is what that produced, before you meet anybody.
Every phase ends here. The verifier recomputes the arithmetic from the specification prose alone; quality assurance traces every promise to something that works. Both must pass. One FAIL sends a defect list back to the builder and the phase stays open. Step through it.
STEP TWO · GATE ONE
mlm-verifier reads the specification prose and recomputes every result independently — never the builder’s code, never its reasoning. Then it grades the phase PASS or FAIL. This is the gate that caught figures which looked right on the page and were not.
The loop, whichever step you are on
A FAIL at either gate returns a defect list to the builder and the phase stays open. There is no third gate, no override, and no path that skips one.
Founder and owner
The one human in the company. Sets product direction and makes every user-visible decision: the product line, the prices, the compensation percentages, the brand. Brings a career in payment operations and payment strategy. Every open question in every specification defaults to his call.
Chief information officer
Manages the nine specialists: writes their charters, sequences the build phases, routes every result through both gates. Owns the deployment pipeline that put this site on orvanna.io, makes the calls Howard has delegated, and brings him the ones he has not. Above everything, enforces the one rule the whole build ran on.
Eight built this property; the ninth answers visitors. Every mark is redrawn as the shape of the job rather than the same outline with a different glyph inside — a stack of layers, a percent, two brackets, a check. You should be able to find an agent by silhouette without reading the name.
Writes the rulebook: the schema specification, the compensation plan specification, and the worked examples every other agent builds against. When a specification is ambiguous, the ambiguity is the defect — and it belongs here.
WRITES NO PRODUCTION CODE, BY DESIGN
Built the database: the migrations, the row-level security, and the 1,000-member synthetic world the whole demonstration runs on, with roughly 24,000 orders behind it.
THE SEED REGENERATES BYTE FOR BYTE
Built the commission engine: volume rollups, rank evaluation, and monthly runs that lock into statements nobody can edit afterward. A recomputed run supersedes rather than overwrites, so history stays intact.
SIX MONTHS MATCHED TO THE CENT
Built the working pages: the member office, the company dashboard, and the data wiring behind everything interactive on orvanna.io.
EVERY ON-SCREEN NUMBER TRACES TO THE DATABASE
Owns the look: the type scale, the brand marks, the rules and alignment that organise every user-facing page, including this one. If something here reads clearly at a glance, that was the job.
ONE ACCENT PER SCREEN
Owns the words: every line of copy on this site, written under a strict honesty rule — no income claims, no fake social proof, no invented numbers. Wrote this row too, and kept the self-praise down.
NO NUMBER APPEARS TWICE
The first independent gate: recomputes every result from the specification prose alone and grades each phase PASS or FAIL. It never reads the builder's reasoning, only its output.
The second independent gate: runs the acceptance checklist — promises first, evidence second. It reads what the page claims, then goes looking for the thing that does it.
Answers visitors in the chat window that opens from Support, using the company's own name — it greets you as Orvanna. It fields pricing questions, explains how the site and the member portal work, helps when a page misbehaves, and collects demonstration requests.

The rule, in full
An agent that checks its own work will pass itself. So no agent here does. The verifier recomputes from the specification prose and never touches the code; quality assurance reads the promises and demands the artifact; the builder gets a defect list and no vote.
That is also why the numbers here can be stated plainly. Six months of commission runs were matched to the cent by independent recomputation, and the 1,000-member world regenerates byte for byte from its seed — so any result on this site can be reproduced on demand rather than taken on trust.
What nobody here claims
Orvanna is a demonstration company. The synthetic world is synthetic on purpose, and it says so on every page that shows a figure from it.
