Frequently asked questions

Short answers, including the awkward ones

These are the questions Conductors and shoppers actually ask, answered in a few sentences each. Where a question deserves more than a few sentences, the answer says so and points at the compensation brochure or the library. Where the honest answer is no, or not yet, it says that too.

Getting started and joining

What Orvanna is, what a Conductor is, and where the program currently stands.

Why do you call us Conductors?

Because the job is leading an ensemble of agents, not selling a product off a shelf. A Conductor chooses which Orvanna artificial intelligence (AI) agents to run, directs them, and answers for what they produce. The name is meant to describe the work rather than dress it up.

What does Orvanna actually sell?

Artificial intelligence (AI) agents, each of which does one job for a small business. Six domain agents run a whole business function end to end, covering payments, shipping, pricing, inventory, marketing and tax preparation, and six support agents fill a staff role beside them. There is nothing to ship and no stock to hold, because every product is software billed like any other subscription.

How do I become a Conductor?

Enrollment is not open yet, which is why the Enroll link in the navigation is marked soon. You can shop today, and if a Conductor gave you a referral code, entering it at checkout attaches your order to them. This page will change the day enrollment opens.

What is the difference between a Conductor and a customer?

A Conductor holds a place in the sponsorship tree, can hold a rank, and can earn. A customer buys agents through a Conductor without joining the tree, so a customer never qualifies, never holds a rank and never earns anything. The volume from a customer's order books to the Conductor who referred them.

Do I have to buy anything to hold my place?

No purchase is required to keep your place in the tree. Buying matters for one reason: a month counts as qualified when 100 Personal Volume (PV) or more is booked to your account, and that volume can come from your customers' orders rather than your own. Everything about qualifying is in group four below.

02

The agents, the two purchase modes, and the packs

What things cost, what a one-time purchase really buys, and whether a pack is a discount.

What do the agents cost?

Domain agents are $100.00 per month and carry 100 Personal Volume (PV). Support agents are $50.00 per month and carry 50 PV. The Manager Agent bundle is $200.00, and the three packs are $200.00, $400.00 and $800.00 per month.

Personal Volume always equals dollars, one for one, on every item and in both purchase modes.

Prices for every item

What is the difference between a subscription and a one-time purchase?

A subscription bills every month and grants its volume every month it runs. A one-time purchase costs ten times the monthly price and carries ten times the volume, and that volume is recognised one tenth per month across ten months, starting with the month you buy.

In money, in volume and in qualification the two are exactly equivalent. A one-time purchase is ten months of subscription, paid at once.

So a one-time purchase gives me one big month of volume?

No, and that is deliberate. The volume arrives one tenth at a time, so in any single month a one-time purchase is worth exactly what the subscription it replaces would have been worth. Nobody can buy a rank in one transaction, and every threshold in the plan stays an honest monthly number.

Do the packs save me money?

No. Each pack is priced at exactly the sum of its parts, so what you are buying is the selection and not a discount. Ignition is $200.00 against $200.00 of separate agents, Momentum $400.00 against $400.00, Constellation $800.00 against $800.00.

The one item priced above its contents is the Manager Agent bundle, $200.00 against $150.00 for its three agents bought separately. The extra $50.00 is the management layer, which is the thing that bundle actually sells.

What is in each pack?

Ignition, $200.00, is the first-storefront trio: Payment Agent, Customer Care, Secretary. Momentum, $400.00, is the growth five: Payment, Marketing, Pricing, Software Engineer and Quality Assurance (QA). Constellation, $800.00, is the full formation: all six domain agents plus the Manager Agent running the back office behind them.

Open a pack and read what it does

Is my ensemble of agents the same thing as my team?

No, and it is worth keeping the two words apart. Your ensemble is the set of agents you run: products you bought, working for your business. Your team, or organisation, is the people you sponsored and the people they sponsored, and that is the side of things the compensation plan pays on.

03

How earning works

One mechanism and two gates. The brochure has every worked example; these are the short versions.

How does a Conductor earn?

You earn on what the people in your organisation buy, never on what you buy yourself. Each month the company walks up the tree from every buyer and pays 10 percent to their sponsor, then 5, 5, 3 and 2 percent to the next four Conductors above.

Those five percentages apply to Commissionable Volume (CV), not to the price on the receipt.

Read the compensation brochure

What is Commissionable Volume, and why is it not the full price?

Commissionable Volume (CV) is 80 percent of the Sales Volume booked to an account in a month, and it is the only number any percentage is ever applied to. The other 20 cents in every dollar is the company's margin, set before any commission is calculated.

So 10 percent of a $100.00 order is $8.00, not $10.00. Reading the percentages against the price is the single most common way to misread this plan.

Do I earn anything on my own purchases?

No. Your own buying does two things and no more: it counts toward your qualified month, and it pays the Conductors above you. There is no rebate, no retail markup and no commission on yourself.

How far down my organisation do I get paid?

Your rank sets your paid depth. The first rung is paid one level down, the second two, the third three, the fourth four and the fifth five. Volume sitting deeper than your paid depth pays you nothing, however much of it there is.

Does a higher rank pay a higher percentage?

No. Rank buys reach, not rate. Climbing a rung does not change what you earn on the Conductors you personally sponsored by a single cent; it opens the row underneath them.

What are the ranks?

Five rungs: Member, Builder, Leader, Director and Executive. Member is simply the name of the first rung, which everybody in the tree holds by default.

The requirements climb from a qualified month with two active legs, up to Team Volume (TV) of 40,000.00 with two legs each holding a Leader or higher. Every requirement on a rung has to be met in the same month.

Every rank requirement in full

Do I earn on what my customers buy?

Not directly, in this version of the plan. A customer's order books to your account, so it counts toward your qualified month and toward your own Commissionable Volume, and it then pays the Conductors above you in the ordinary way.

A separate commission on customer sales is not part of the plan today. If that changes it will be published before it takes effect.

04

Qualifying each month

One number decides both whether you can be paid and whether your leg counts for the Conductor above you.

What makes a month qualified?

One number: 100.00 or more of Sales Volume (SV) booked to your account in that calendar month. Sales Volume is the total Personal Volume of everything booked to you, whether you bought it or one of your customers did.

Exactly 100.00 qualifies. Every threshold in this plan counts the number itself, never only what is above it.

What is the cheapest way to qualify?

One domain agent at $100.00, or two support agents at $50.00 each, or any mix that reaches 100 Personal Volume. Customer orders count exactly the same as your own, so a month can be qualified entirely on what you sold rather than on what you bought.

Does qualifying carry over to next month?

No. It resets on the first of every month, and there are no grace months in this version of the plan. A qualified March does nothing at all for April.

What is an active leg?

A leg is one Conductor you personally sponsored plus everybody below that person. The leg counts as active in a month when that top person is qualified, and only then, no matter how much volume sits underneath them.

Active legs are what the rank requirements count, which is why ranks are built by helping the people you sponsored stay active.

If a one-time purchase spreads over ten months, does each slice still qualify me?

Yes. Each month's slice is ordinary Sales Volume on your account, so ten months of slices means ten months of volume, exactly as ten months of subscription would.

You are qualified for ten months because you paid for ten months, which is the same reason a subscriber is.

06

Your account and the back office

What you can see when you sign in, and the practical questions about orders.

What can I see when I sign in?

Your rank for the month, your Sales Volume, your Commissionable Volume, your Team Volume, and every line on your statement with the person and the level that produced it. The figures shown are the ones the monthly run computed, not a running estimate.

How does somebody order through me?

Give them your Conductor code. There is one field for it at checkout, and entering it books the order's volume to your account. If that field is left blank, the order is not attributed to anybody and no Conductor receives the volume.

Can I cancel a subscription?

Yes. The volume stops from the cancellation month forward, and months already billed keep the volume they carried. Cancelling never reaches backwards into a month that has already been run.

What is the activation fee?

Standard activation is free. Priority activation is $25.00, and it is a service charge rather than a product: it carries no Personal Volume and it pays no commission to anybody.

Is sales tax added to my order?

Yes, calculated at checkout against the destination on the order, so the rate depends on where you are. Tax is never part of Personal Volume, so it never enters any commission calculation.

07

The straight answers

The questions a program gets asked when somebody is being careful. None of them is dodged here.

What happens if I do not qualify one month?

Four things. You are paid nothing for that month, neither reduced nor deferred. Your leg does not count as active for the Conductor above you. You cannot hold any rank above the first rung.

And your own volume still pays the Conductors above you in full. Missing a month costs you, and only you.

Do I have to buy something every month?

There is no purchase requirement to keep your place. There is a consequence: a month with less than 100.00 of Sales Volume booked to you is an unqualified month, and an unqualified month pays nothing.

That volume can come from customer orders instead of your own, which is the honest answer to whether this plan makes you buy your own product. It does not, but it does require volume.

Can I lose my rank?

Yes. Rank is recomputed from scratch every month, so it can fall as easily as it rose. There is no retention, no grace period and no highest-ever title that stays on your account after the month that earned it.

What happens if a customer refunds?

The refund rule has not been published, and this version of the plan does not process refunds at all. That is a real gap and it is stated here rather than hidden.

The rule will be published before the first refund is ever processed, because reversing volume and reclaiming paid commission are decisions that should be written down before they are needed, not after.

What happens to commission that nobody can be paid?

It is paid to nobody, and the plan calls that breakage. If a Conductor above a sale is unqualified, or the sale sits deeper than their rank reaches, that slice is not passed to the next person up and it is not held for later.

This version of the plan does not compress the tree. An unqualified Conductor is a wall, not a hole.

Where can I read the actual rules rather than a summary?

The compensation brochure is the one document that governs. If any page on this site disagrees with it, including this one, the brochure is right and the page is wrong.

The compensation brochure

The library, for everything else

Is any of this real money?

No. Orvanna is a demonstration company, every figure on this site is synthetic, and the system computes and locks statements rather than paying them out. There is no bank detail, no disbursement and no real offer anywhere on this site.

Still have a question?

If the answer is not here, ask and it will be added. Questions that turn up more than twice belong on this page.

support@orvanna.io

Nothing on this page is an earnings claim. The compensation plan describes how commissions are calculated; it does not predict what anybody will earn, and no figure here should be read as one.
