The opportunity
A conductor does not play the instruments
You find the businesses around you drowning in work nobody enjoys, work out which agents take that work off them, and stay on as the human who knows their setup. You decide which instruments the piece needs, get them started together, and keep them in time when the tempo changes.
Enrollment opens soon. This page describes how the program works, so you can decide before it does.
Two words that must never be confused
Conductors use both constantly and they mean completely different things. Mixing them up in front of a business owner is the fastest way to sound like you do not understand what you are selling. Switch between them — the two panels are the same shape holding opposite content.
An ensemble plays, a team sells.
Say it once and it stays straight.
ENSEMBLE · THE AGENTS
The agents you run
The set of Orvanna agents running on an account, yours or a customer’s. An ensemble is software: it is bought, it is priced in dollars, and every item carries Personal Volume — the number that decides whether a month counts as qualified.

Agents around one person. Add one and your own volume rises; nothing about your team changes.
You are not selling software
Nobody wakes up wanting to buy software. What people want is for a specific, hated, recurring job to stop being theirs. A Conductor who understands that outsells one who has memorised the catalog.
A plumbing company with two vans
The owner quotes all day and invoices at night. Three invoices a month go unpaid until the bank balance makes it urgent. Every quarter the tax return happens in a panic across a weekend, from a shoebox of receipts.
One agent. Set up in an afternoon. That is the whole sale — the second and third come later, after the owner has watched the first one work and starts naming the next thing they hate.
Three rules that do the work
- Lead with their week
The opening question is what ate the most time last week, not which tier they want. If you cannot name the hour you are giving back, you do not have a sale yet.
- Sell one thing first
A business with one loud problem does not need twelve agents. Overselling the first order is the most common way a Conductor loses the second one.
- Be honest about the boundary
Agents propose and the owner approves. Nothing is filed, paid, published or ordered without a human yes. Cautious owners buy because of that line — never blur it to sound impressive.
The first ninety days, as a plan you operate
In order. Skipping ahead is the most common mistake, and the most expensive one is skipping the first step — you cannot fit an ensemble you have never run. Tick a step when its done when line is true; the bar and the phase above it move with you.

Week 1
Run one agent yourself
Pick the agent that fixes your own worst recurring hour, subscribe to it, and use it properly. Not a demonstration account — the real thing, on your own work, with your own approval boundaries set.
Done whenyou have read one of its outputs and changed something you actually do because of it. -
Weeks 1 to 2
Learn three agents properly
Three, not twelve. Read each product page end to end, including the day-to-day section and where its authority stops. Describing three agents precisely beats listing all twelve.
Done whenyou can explain each of the three, out loud, without the page in front of you. -
Week 2
Write your list of twenty
Twenty businesses you already have a reason to speak to: people you buy from, people you have worked with, people you know socially who run something. Next to each name, write the one job you suspect eats their week.
Done whenthe list exists in writing and every name carries a guess. -
Weeks 2 to 6
Have ten conversations
Work the list. The conversation is about their week, and your job is to find out whether your guess was right. Do not present the catalog. Expect most of the ten to go nowhere, and keep notes on all of them — a no this quarter is often a yes after their next busy season.
Done whenten conversations have happened and at least one person has asked what it costs. -
Weeks 4 to 8
Do your first setup, and stay through the first week
One agent for one business. Get it connected, agree what it may do alone and what it must bring to the owner, and check in on days two, four and seven. This week is the entire difference between a customer who renews and one who forgets they subscribed.
Done whenthe owner has approved something the agent proposed, without you in the room. -
Every calendar month
Reach a qualified month
One hundred Personal Volume booked to your account inside one calendar month makes that month qualified, and qualification is what makes you eligible to be paid at all. Volume comes from your own subscriptions or from customers who buy through you, in any combination. It resets on the first.
Done whenyour account shows 100 PV or more before the month ends. -
Weeks 8 to 12
Sponsor your first Conductor
Usually somebody who watched you do the setup and wanted the same thing. Teach by repetition, not by talking: do one setup beside them, then attend their next one silently. Then send them back to step one, because the sequence works for them for the same reason it worked for you.
Done whenthey have run a setup you did not speak during.
How a Conductor is paid
The mechanisms, in plain English. No figures appear here on purpose — the compensation plan is the source of truth, and a second copy of a number is just a chance for the two to disagree.
Volume pays, not signatures
Nothing is ever paid for enrolling a person. What pays is what people buy: your own customers, the Conductors you sponsored, and the people they sponsored. Every product carries volume, a share of it is commissionable, and that share is what percentages apply to.
Rank buys reach, not rate
Advancing does not increase what you earn on the people you sponsored directly. It opens levels further down that you were not paid on before. Worth understanding early: rank is about helping the people under you stay active, never about buying your way up.
Customers count toward your month
Someone can buy agents through you without joining Orvanna at all. That order books to your account, so its volume counts toward your qualified month. Your qualification can rest on what you sold, not only on what you bought.
Instant Payout
An immediate payment on a first order rather than waiting for the month to close. The terms are not finalised and no rate has been set. Until they are published in the compensation plan, no Conductor should describe it as available or attach a number to it.
The month, in four stops
There is no running balance to refresh during the month. Volume accumulates, the month closes, one run computes every statement, and those statements are then fixed.
Subscriptions bill, customers buy, and volume books to accounts as it happens.
The calendar closes it. Nothing enters a closed month afterward.
Commissions are calculated once, from that month’s volume and that month’s ranks.
Your statement is fixed, and traceable to the run number behind it.
Before you decide
What this is not
Anyone who has sat through a direct-selling presentation before is waiting for this section, and most decks do not have one. Here is ours.
- No income is promised, implied, or described as typical. This page explains mechanisms. It contains no earnings figures, and you should be suspicious of any Conductor who quotes you one.
- Buying more agents than you use is not a strategy.Your own purchases make your month qualified and they pay the people above you. They do not pay you. If an ensemble is not doing work you would otherwise pay a person to do, do not buy it.
- Rank does not carry over.Every rank is recomputed from scratch each month. There is no highest-ever title and no grace period.
- An unqualified month pays nothing. Not reduced, not deferred, and no catch-up payment later. However large your organization is, missing your own qualification means no commission for that month.
- Some problems are not agent problems.Part of the job is telling an owner that what they need is a bookkeeper, a second van, or a hard conversation with a supplier. Say it. It is the reason they will call you next year.
- The compensation plan governs. If any sentence on this page disagrees with it, this page is the one that is wrong.
Why Conductor, not distributor
Most direct-selling companies borrow their word from a warehouse: distributor, dealer, representative. Those words fit when the thing being moved is a box. Orvanna does not ship boxes — its products go to work inside somebody else’s business, and the person who sold them is still needed the day after the sale.
- You do not playThe agents do the bookkeeping and chase the declined cards. Your hands stay off the instruments, which is what makes the work scale past your own hours.
- You choose the scoreA florist and a freight broker do not need the same agents. Picking the right two or three, in the right order, is the part software cannot do for itself.
- You keep timeThe ensemble that fit a shop in March is short a player by September, when it starts selling into a second country and has filings it has never done before.
Orvanna is a demonstration company · all data synthetic · nothing here is an income claim If any sentence here disagrees with the compensation plan, the plan wins.
